Description

The Filson Historical Society’s 25th Annual Distinctive Dwellings Home Tour will feature nine homes with beautiful architecture, stunning landscaping, and unique personalities. After the tour, participants are invited to a cocktail reception at Couvillion, 1318 McHenry Street, Louisville. A detailed packet of tour notes will be mailed to all participants in September. The notes will be researched and written by John David Myles, whose avocation is the study of architecture. He is an avid observer and frequent lecturer on local architectural history.

We would like to thank our sponsors for the 2018 House Tour: Blue Grass Motorsport, Kentucky Select Properties, Papercone Corporation, River City Bank, Germantown Mill Lofts, and Fincastle Farm. We would also like to thank the House Tour Committee for their tireless efforts to select homes to feature on the tour and the homeowners for opening their homes for viewing.
